CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle hands-on therapy developed by Dr. John Upledger. Using a light touch, I will evaluate the body for tension patterns and imbalances within the craniosacral system and the body’s tissues. CST supports the body in its natural self-healing processes.
Releasing tension and restrictions can help relieve pain & dysfunction which can improve your overall health.
Treatment focuses on the craniosacral system, which is comprised of the brain, spinal cord, protective membranes, spinal fluid and bones..all the way from the head (cranium) to the tailbone (sacrum).

Amy Cedarburg, BA, LMT, MLD, CST-T, is a Certified multi-modality bodywork therapist with over 11 years of comprehensive training through the world-renowed Upledger Institute, where she continues to deepen her knowledge and passion for her craft, currently serving as a Certified Teaching Assistant and volunteering for Intensive Therapy Programs.
She also serves as a Massage Instructor at Palm Beach State College in Boca Raton where she finds joy in nurturing the future generation of bodyworkers.
After acquiring her massage certification from Palm Beach State College in 2012 and establishing her practice in early 2013, Amy has continually honed her expertise, offering a range of therapeutic techniques including CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki. These techniques are further complemented by cutting-edge wellness technologies – namely the Healy Diagnostic, Dolphin Neurostim and the Rife Machine.
What sets Amy apart from other therapists is her calm, gentle, intuitive nature and her emphasis on a mind/body/spirit healing approach for her clients’ wellness. She believes in meeting each client where they’re at and creating customized sessions to meet their unique needs.
Her focus is on facilitating recovery and optimal wellness in humans as well as animals, with a particular passion for dog and horse CST. Her practice is rooted in a deep understanding of the healing process, with a gentle, integrative approach to easing health issues that often remain untouched by traditional medical interventions.
